Free-to-play MMO's

Any MMO'ers out there?  Anyone fancy one of these or playing any of them already?

Are all games of this type seemingly destined to become free-to-play?

did play city of heroes for about a day or two but couldnt get on with it. I know it won't be free to play, but looking forward to Star Wars the Old Republic early next year!  ;D

UPDATE: Vindictus has now launched in europe.  It's a third person mmo created by Valve's source engine.  it can be played using a controller and is more "console-y" than most MMO's
